1. Overview

Pollbay is a free, no‑registration polling platform. Users may create polls, vote on existing polls, and optionally set a poll management password to later edit or delete their poll.

2. Permitted Use

You are welcome to use Pollbay as an individual, organization, or business. Linking to polls, embedding them, or using them in internal tools (e.g., employee feedback) is permitted and encouraged.

However, you agree not to use the Service to:

  • Post or link to illegal content, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material, doxxing, or threats of violence.
  • Promote hate speech, harassment, or discrimination based on identity or affiliation.
  • Manipulate polls using automated tools or bots.
  • Disrupt site functionality through scraping, spam, or denial‑of‑service attacks.
  • Impersonate individuals, brands, or organizations in misleading ways.

Pollbay may remove or restrict access to polls or users that violate these terms, with or without notice.

3. Poll Management Passwords

Poll creators can optionally set a poll management password when creating a poll. This password allows future edits or deletion of that poll. Keep this password secure, as we cannot recover or reset it.

4. Privacy and Data

Pollbay does not require user accounts. However, we may collect minimal technical information (such as IP addresses and browser user agents) to prevent abuse and maintain system health. We do not sell or share this data except when legally required.

5. Disclaimer

Pollbay is provided “as is” with no guarantees regarding uptime, performance, or poll accuracy. Poll results are user‑generated and may not reflect objective truth or verified data. We are not responsible for the content of user‑created polls.

6. Reporting Abuse

If you see abusive or illegal content, please email angeleno@screamer.wiki with a link and description. We investigate all legitimate reports and take appropriate action.

7. Pollbay Premium (Upcoming)

Pollbay plans to offer an optional paid subscription service called Pollbay Premium. Premium may unlock additional features, such as image uploads, advanced styling options, increased poll limits, enhanced analytics, or other tools.

Premium features will be subject to these Terms as well as additional terms, pricing, and policies published at launch. We reserve the right to change, postpone, or discontinue Premium at any time before or after launch.

Until Pollbay Premium is officially released, any mention of it is informational only and does not constitute an offer, commitment, or guarantee.

8. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Pollbay after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
